Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping offer is valid only on qualified items. Eligible items are identified on their product information page. They can also be identified on your shopping cart.
Shipping method will be selected by Idol Fashions. Free shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by Idol Fashions or our direct-ship manufacturers/fulfillment centers. Express shipping orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Offer does not apply to truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Some of the items will sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery. These items are labeled as oversized on their product information page, and will not feature the Free Shipping icon. Not available shipping to, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for free shipping. Idol Fashions reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time.
We calculate shipping charges using “live” FedEx, U.S. Postal Service, UPS, DHL and Con-Way rates. When you add a product to your shopping Cart, change a quantity or change your address, the Cart automatically recalculates shipping based on the weight and size of your order and your postal (zip) code. As you’re building your order, you’ll always know the full delivered cost—before you’ve entered your credit card number or any other personal information.
For some orders, the shipping cost does include more than just the postage you see on the box you receive. Examples include;
 *Additional fees charged by our suppliers for shipping special-order items directly to consumers.
 • Impact of choosing higher-cost suppliers for some products so everything on an order can ship together (when the cost difference between suppliers is lower than the cost of shipping a separate box)
 • If any of these situations exists with your order, It’s reflected in the shipping cost you see before you submit the order. We never add extra charges after the order is submitted—what you agree to pay when you enter the order is what you will be charged.
 To minimize shipping costs; *Select all your products from the same manufacturer, if possible this helps ensure your whole order will ship from one place). *Ship to your office or business, rather than your home (commercial rates are lower).
 If you believe the shipping cost on your order is not being calculated correctly, please let us know before you submit the order. If our database contains an incorrect weight for a product, or there is some other problem with our system, we will fix it promptly. Problems are very rare, though. In most cases, when shipping costs seem high it’s because it just costs a lot to transport big, bulky items and to deliver to distant places.
 Please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Orders placed by 2:00pm central time usually ship the same day but we cannot guarantee that an order will ship the same day it was placed. Orders do not ship on Sundays. Customer is responsible for ensuring that FedEx, Ups, and/or any other carrier used can deliver to specified shipping address.
 Packaging Damage
 Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item, please refuse the shipment and do not sign for the delivery sheet. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at customer service at Idol or call 1-708-878-1062 and speak to one of our customer specialist so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
Privacy & Security
This is Idol Fashions on-line privacy policy (“Policy”).
 We respect our customers and their privacy. We do not sell or rent customer information to anyone!
 Idol Fashions collects certain anonymous data regarding the usage of the website. This information does not personally identify users, by itself or in combination with other information, and is gathered to improve the overall customer experience and the performance of the website. The anonymous data collected by the Idol Fashions website can include information such as the type of browser you are using, browsing patterns, originating web pages, number of visits to Idol, vehicle selections, items viewed, pages viewed, and the length of the visit to the website.

 The information collected by our site is used to confirm and process orders, to keep you informed about your order status, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you, to obtain reviews, ratings or testimonials relating to your experience with products purchased, and for statistical purposes for improving our site Idol Fashions.
 We use your phone number only to contact you about a problem filling or delivering your order. We may use your e-mail (or regular mail) address to let you know about special promotions, newsletters or other events. Each e-mail sent is accompanied by the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list. If we send you mail you find annoying, just tell us and we’ll take you off our list.
 Idol is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links, including the Co-Branded Sites. If you provide any information to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We strongly suggest you review such third party’s privacy policies before consenting to the transfer of data to them. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. Please be aware that our sites may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. The information practices of those Web sites linked to our site is not covered by this Policy. These other sites may send their own cookies or clear GIF’s to users, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information. We cannot control this collection of information. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information tat they collect.
Returns & Replacements
Idol Fashions Acessories, Jewelry, Hats, Belts, Handbags, and sale or closeout itmes, are not returnable or exchangable, and are final sale. All other Idol Fashions’s products are returnable for full credit within 15 days from receiving your order. If you’re not satisfied with something or you just decided you didn’t need it, you can request a return authorization number (RMA#). All items must have a RMA# and be received in a new, unused and ready to sell condition (including all original packaging, and paper work) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping cost. Some products require a 15% restocking fee and are subject to an inspection before a credit is issued. Returned items must be complete, clean and unused, and in their original packaging. Please don’t alter the product, wear the product or throw away the packaging until you’re sure the product you have is the product you need! Please do not write on or alter the box in any way. We can not issue return credit for products which have been worn, washed, altered, modified or returned without their original packaging.
 Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you decide you don’t need a product, we don’t mind taking it back, but we can’t recover the shipping cost. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns the package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of returning shipping will be deducted from your refund. Idol Fashions will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will Idol Fashions reimburse for any damages incurred in installation or use of product. Orders placed using pay pal or bill me later must pass an inspection before any credit will be issued.
